Life Plans

So, I'm constantly being asked by many people the question of, "what are your goals for your life?" or "what is it that you want to do?", because of this and the fact that it's the new year, I'm going to take the time to tell you just that.
  • Goal one, I would love to receive my EMT Basic by the end of this upcoming semester, for two reasons. One, to be able to get a better job and actually support myself by gaining experience in the medical field, and two it would give me more a reason to be involved on the mission trip that I feel a passion to go for.
  • Work against sex trafficking.
  • Eventually I want to be in the position to where I am capable of leading something, and being used by God in that.
  • Work on relationship with God.
  • This next semesters goal is to get B's or higher in all my classes. To stay on top of my work, and put forth effort in my studies.
  • Be less judgmental and more accepting of people. God knows my thoughts and how critical I am, and how much effort it takes for me to be pleased, and this definitely needs work.
  • My eighth goal is to be more respectful, to others, to my parents, and to anyone else.
  • I know this goal shouldn't be this low on my list, but I need to get in shape and lose a few pounds so that I am more capable of doing God's work.
  • With the previous statement, I need to get my anxiety in check so that it doesn't hinder me from my life and experiences I should be having.
  • Get a job, and stop bumming it.
Hopefully this New Year makes some of these goals actually happen.
